NOTES: Bauer Media Audio Ireland announced their intention to acquire the all shares in Wilton Radio (trading as iRadio) in mid-August 2023. The the Minister for Tourism, Culture, the Arts, the Gaeltacht, Sport and Media subsequently added their approval to the acquisition (in advance of Coímisiún na Meán (not legally required) approval for the transfer of the related radio licence). The acquisition was formally completed in December 2023.
